Picard

I don't submit a lot of fan-art in here, but I wanted to make an exception this time- I mean, it's Captain Picard! Star Trek! Omgs!
I did in Photoshop CS5. You know what's weird? Photoshop worked better after having my computer hit the table very hard because of my butter fingers that were holding it (I was organizing my room, you know?). Oh well, it works better now!
